Island Fun!!

| This year our summer camp was held on Tashiro Island, near Ishinomaki.
We had 3days of hot, sunny weather. On arrival we ate lunch at the beach
and then went swimming. After we walked to our accommodation and relaxed
until dinner time. |
| Everyone was hot, hungry and tired. We ate a delicious meal. After dinner,
we studied English and then went outside. Nearby, there is an old school
that isn’t used anymore. Two by two, kids walked through the school with
their flash lights. Maybe some kids saw a ghost!(+_+) We all returned to
our rooms and slept well. The next day, after breakfast we walked to the
beach and made a bamboo boat. We rode the boat and swam till the afternoon.
Everyone had a great time. That evening we all made curry. It was yummy.
After washing up the dishes, we played dodge ball in the gymnasium. The
next day was hot again, so we all went swimming at the beach until the
ferry came. Summer camp was a lot of fun and I’m sure all the kids enjoyed. |
